Throughout our lives we often instinctively know how to enrich our existence, on other occasions we feel completely lost and confused, in between those states we live mostly on autopilot, trying to do our best in perpetually challenging situations. The survival mode kicks in, we become desensitized to our life purpose and before we know it, we lose the connection to ourselves and our life path.

The ancient yogic teachings give us simple and clear guidance on how to make this human experience fulfilling and more enjoyable no matter the circumstance. Using Kundalini Yoga technology we will reconnect to what it really means to be a human being. Through direct experience and within a container of Kundalini Yoga lineage, we will remember and strengthen the connection to our souls in the context of this current human adventure.
