WHAT IS THE MA FORCE?
You are the molder of time, space, and of man:
the man of tomorrow, the child,
the man of today, the husband,
and the men of yesterday, the ancestors.
The entire society, in theory and reality,
is based on the spirit of woman.
Woman has the capacity to conceive good ideas, good surroundings, good thoughts, good environments, good relationships…a good life. Everything is conceived by the woman, because she is the MA Force.
Every woman has the innate capacity to create a child. This life-giving ability of the woman can be applied across any and every endeavor, regardless of if she chooses to have a child or not. This is the MA Force, the creative power behind life itself, which animates and fulfills your incarnation as a woman.
THE YOGIC SCIENCE OF REAL FEMINISM
The largely untapped well of women’s teachings in Kundalini Yoga are increasingly important for women and men to learn, understand, apply and practice.
All life is born from women. She contains he. Female contains male. Understanding the basic principles of creative power, the MA Force, creates a deep harmony in women, this harmony vibrates out like a stone thrown into water and creates ripples out into her relationships, into families, into communities and out into the world.
When women change, our world changes. The vibration of one woman who understands and embodies the MA Force raises the vibration of her entire generation. This is how we can create an everlasting shift on the planet earth, beyond us, beyond time, beyond space. This is real feminism.

What to Expect
- There are two sources of infinite energy located in the human body: the navel and the solar center at the top of the head. If a woman chooses to become a mother, her child connects to her Adi Shakti, creative power through the navel point.
- Activate the physical gateways of the Adi Shakti to enhance the MA Force for all of your life's pursuits— childbearing and otherwise.
- Discover the key concepts on conceiving and creating life and their direct application to everything you do as a woman. Pregnancy is a pattern, not an isolated event in a woman's life.
- Practice special yoga and meditations to channel the MA Force.

Shabadpreet is the CEO of RA MA Institute for Applied Yogic Science and Technology with locations in Los Angeles, California; Mallorca, Spain; New York City, and virtually on RA MA TV.
At the side of her teacher and RA MA’s Founding CEO, Guru Jagat for 8 years from shortly after the opening of the Venice flagship to Guru Jagat’s sudden and unexpected death in 2021, Shabadpreet served as Guru Jagat’s Chief of Staff, implementing Guru Jagat’s trail-blazing vision and supporting the fruition of RA MA’s physical and digital expansion from a wellness start up to an internationally recognized global phenomena.
With the passing of Guru Jagat, Shabadpreet continues RA MA’s mission as a crossroads of consciousness, wellbeing, and creation-culture. Known for her healing approach, Shabadpreet can also be found teaching in our Kundalini Trainings and in our three Global Women’s Programs.
Gurujas is a kundalini yoga teacher and a singer, songwriter, and musician. She has gained a worldwide reputation as the lead singer of White Sun, a Grammy®-award winning band, and a Billboard #1 artist.
As a kundalini yoga teacher, she is known as being intensely devoted to the accuracy of the teachings, as well as incorporating contemporary science and practical every-day applications. As a singer, she is known for her distinctive vocals, her ethereal live performances, and her ability to heal through song. She spends her time creating music, teaching kundalini yoga, working with clients, and raising her two young daughters.
