DESCRIPTION:TUNE IN\nI am a family physician who hails from Baton Rouge\, Louisiana and grew up here in South Central Los Angeles. It is my honor to teach Kundalini Yoga\, a technology I was introduced to by my acupuncturist when I was 18. I was given a video tape and it became my cure all for all that ailed me: panic attacks\, anxiety over medical school interviews\, depression from a failed love relationship\, etc. \nFast forward years later\, at age 30-something\, I took my first live Kundalini Yoga class. Now\, I teach Kundalini Yoga because it’s the best thing I know about and it’s still my cure all. Everything in my life has changed for the better and I humbly share these teachings because I know that everyone can benefit from this wisdom.
