Looking ahead is the job of every working astrologer. The planets in our solar system move through time and space in an orderly and predictive fashion. We observe the planets as they travel through the signs, determining where they are on their cycles to the Sun and the other planets, asteroids, and fixed stars. We take note of when they begin their retrograde appearance of moving backwards, stand still (station) and then resume forward (direct) motion through the zodiac.

Learn the synodic cycles of two of the fastest and most personal planets – Mercury and Venus. Consider the three Mercury retrograde cycles of 2023, and the Venus Evening Star to Morning Star transition of 2023. We will teach you how to forecast for the cycle of Venus Retrograde in the summer of 2023.
